(BlackPressMagazine.com) - If you're like Beyonce and watching your figure, you don't have to sacrifice taste in order to maintain a high-end lifestyle. All you need to do is make reservations at Jay Z's hip, happening Manhattan-based flagship restaurant - 40/40 Club. The club celebrated its fifth year in business in June.

Named for the elite members of the sports world who have achieved the highest level of sports success, the 40/40 Club is a sports oasis in the middle of New York City. Chic decor, fun lighting and an impressive amount of flat screen TVs make the 40/40 Club a must see spot when visiting New York.

From watching the latest Floyd Mayweather or Zab Judah fight to catching Kobe Bryant score 100 points with the Lakers, the 40/40 provides a public and private view of the world of sports and entertainment. With private rooms like the ESPN Lounge on the second floor, VIP guests enjoy complimentary arcade games, unlimited PlayStation 3 and Wii video games, a first class pool tables and some of the sexiest furniture in sports bar history. Even if you can't smoke them, Jay Z's 40/40 Club boasts an impressive cigar collection and the signature collector's edition jerseys are equally as hot. From A-Rod to Derrick Jeter to Dr. J to Magic Johnson, if they were at the top of their game, their jersey is likely on the wall of the 40/40 Club.

With your own wait staff pampering you and fulfilling your every need, to easy access - although unisex - bathrooms, the private room rentals at the 40/40 Club are the perfect way to celebrate an engagement, impress a client or host an unforgettable birthday bash. Some rooms even come with your own private, professional photographer so that the night will never be forgotten. Sexy environments are nice and all but if you're like us you're wondering, what good is a restaurant if it doesn't have good food.
